We've recently hired Tyrel to inspect our new house, and we so glad we did. Tyrel made a very detailed and careful inspection, from every possible aspect of the property. He then invited us for the final review, which was amazing! He pointed out every detail and advised how to handle each issue. This can be quite overwhelming for the buyers, but everything was explained in a simple and easy to understand language. Many of the findings would be very hard to notice until pointed out by Tylor. The inspection report was also written to the point, and was easy to read and understand... something we could consult at any time later as we live in the house. We've used multiple engineers in the past, but Tyrel is by far the best one we've met. We will be more than happy to use him again.

Tyrel was polite and thorough, but like so many professionals, he spoke at a hundred miles an hour, which made it difficult for me to absorb what he was telling me. Despite the fact that I would be getting a full written report later, I still found it frustrating. My fault for not speaking up and asking him to slow down. I would still recommend his services, though.
I was very happy with Tyrel's inspection of the home that I was considering. He found and pointed out a plethora of potential problems or future annoyances that I certainly would not have noticed. I thought that he was very thorough and he explained his findings in a manner that I could understand while offering suggestions as to the remedy. Outstanding. You just don’t see this type of quality and customer service anymore. During my walkthrough Tyrel explained every possible issue with the property and I left the meeting with all the actionable information I needed. We contacted 4 different home inspection companies to do a full inspection of our new house. VI Inspections responded quickly and provided a full explanation of the inspection process. Tyrel is a perfectionist, and has an eye for detail which is exactly what you want in a home inspector. But knowing what to look for is only half of an inspection. Being able to tell someone what they have fond and why it is important is the other half of a great home inspection/inspector. Ty has the knowledge to identify the defences in a home and then explain it to the buyer so they know exactly what they need to know and why.
