WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR HOME INSPECTION
Arranging a home inspection by a qualified professional is a must when buying or selling a home. All of our inspections are thorough and unbiased assessments of a home’s condition carried out by licenced professionals. We conduct all our inspections according to the Scope of Inspection of the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia (HIABC), so you’ll be certain your inspection is carried out to the highest industry standards.
Our inspectors will typically spend 2-3 hours inspecting the home then will walk you through the findings on site. We take the time to explain our findings and make sure you feel confident about the decisions you make. Your detailed written report will be available on our user-friendly client portal shortly after, typically the same day. We are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
